Senator Biden has been responsible for establishing laws to help parents protect their kids from sexual predator

 In 1994, a new law required every state to establish a registry for convicted sexual offenders.  In 1996, he helped create the national registry of sexual predators so when these  criminals move from state to state they can be tracked.  The Victims of Child Abuse Act created by Senator Biden increased funding for Child Advocacy Centers. He also authored the Adam Walsh Act which establishes registration requirements to help ensure that convicted sex offenders are not released to commit further heinous acts against America’s children

To the familie of special-needs children all across this country, I have a message: For years, you sought to make America a more welcoming place for your sons & daughters. I pledge to you that if we are elected, you will have a friend & advocate in the White House.
